Spreading Joy 🪙💎

Recently, I have been leaning more and more towards biographies and memoirs because of the endless wisdom and fun they have to offer, and choosing this book was a step in that direction. I am not really interested in jewellery and ornaments, so I had no prior information about the Joyalukkas brand or its success story. While reading, I could very well connect to young Joy being the person who was assigned extra tasks just because no one else was interested in doing them. I liked that he didn't mind that and wanted to earn his father's approval. His father's opinion and advice mattered to him a lot, and he immensely respected him. Noticing his father's actions and understanding his thought process was one of the reasons that helped Joy's success, I believe. I was impressed at how Joy dealt with obstacles in his life.
