MASTERS OF WARS BOOK REVIEW ⛅

The explosive, gritty and relentlessly paced sequel to John H. Thomas' Master of War series picks up six months after Maxx King's experiences in Afghanistan as a former Army Ranger who has now moved into the Cyber Crime Investigation Unit. It thrusts Maxx back into the middle of a global conflict with attempts on his life, political maneuvering and technology-based warfare. The novel showcases not only an excellent combination of Global Geopolitical Tension and a Sci-Fi Urgency, but also highlights Maxx's character, who must valiantly fend off an unhinged ex-DARPA scientist whose mad scientist motives could result in creating a war like that which is outside of the limits of the Earth. The plot's stakes are extremely high; it moves at a furious pace and offers an unending array of Cinematic Tension.
